local business and agriculture economy, some leaders believed a fund campaign

conducted a feasibility study, interviewing 50 prominent community leaders
concerning hospital plans and identifying leadership for the best chance of
success. The study also named
prospective major donors to the campaign.
Based on the study, a goal of between $400,000 and $500,000 was
identified.
